急性期高血压脑出血中西医联合治疗分析(1)
【摘要】 目的：分析急性期高血压脑出血中西医联合治疗的效果。方法：筛选笔者所在医院收治的86例急性期高血压脑出血病患。按照实施治疗方法的不同分为西医组(43例)及中西医组(43例)。西医组予以西医综合用药，中西医组除西医用药增加中药三七破壁片、天麻破壁片。对比两组各项临床指标和治疗效果。结果：中西医组患者NIHSS评分为(10.15±2.32)分，血肿容积为(4.22±1.35)ml，均优于西医组的(15.73±3.53)分、(8.36±2.79)ml，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中西医组治疗总有效率(95.35%)高于西医组(79.07%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：急性期高血压脑出血患者实施中西医结合治疗效果显著，三七破壁片、天麻破壁片经现代药物手段破壁，其中成分可更好地发挥，且安全有效，保障患者获得最佳的治疗效果与预后。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the effect of combined Chinese and western medicine treatment for acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
Method：Eighty-six patients with acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital were screened.According to the different treatment methods，they were divided into western medicine group(43 cases) and Chinese and western medicine group(43 cases).Western medicine group was given comprehensive use of western medicine，traditional Chinese and western medicine group was given Sanqi Broken Wall Piece and Tianma Broken Wall Piece except western medicine.The clinical indicators and treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Result：The NIHSS score was (10.15±2.32)points，and the volume of hematomas was (4.22±1.35)ml in the Chinese and western medicine group，were better than (15.73±3.53)points and (8.36±2.79)ml in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment after treatment in the Chinese and western medicine group was 95.35%，higher than 79.07% in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion：The effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is remarkable.Sanqi Broken Wall Tablets and Tianma Broken Wall Fragments are broken by modern drug means，in which the components can be better played，the safety is effective，and the optimal treatment effect and the prognosis of the patients are ensured.
