【摘要】 目的：探究小儿咳嗽应用中药敷贴和捏脊配合治疗的临床效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2013年1月-2016年1月收治的小儿咳嗽92例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，所有患儿均应用中药敷贴和捏脊配合治疗，对其临床效果进行观察与分析。结果：在本组92例咳嗽患儿中，有9例患儿咳嗽比较频繁，需辅以雾化吸入进行治疗；其余83例患儿通过应用中药敷贴和捏脊配合治疗1～5 d后均治愈，不良反应较少，患儿皮肤未出现过敏反应与水泡。结论：小儿咳嗽应用中药敷贴和捏脊配合治疗的临床效果显著，能够有效缓解病情，且不良反应少，可广泛应用于临床。
