综合护理干预在危重症手足口病患儿中的应用有效性评价(3)
本次研究中，观察组的总有效率93.2%(136/146)明显高于对照组的67.1%(98/146)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预前生命系数评分无明显差异(P>0.05)。结果表明，两组干预后的精力、疼痛及情绪反应评分均明显低于干预前，而观察组的各生命系数评分及总指数均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而对照组干预后的睡眠、社交隔离、躯体活动及总指数与干预前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
综上所述，采取综合护理干预措施的观察组的治疗效果显著，护理效果更明显，可见综合护理干预措施在重症手足口病患儿治疗过程中具有重要作用。

综上所述，采取综合护理干预措施的观察组的治疗效果显著，护理效果更明显，可见综合护理干预措施在重症手足口病患儿治疗过程中具有重要作用。
