“品管圈”活动在门诊西药房药学服务中的应用效果(1)

     [摘要]目的 探讨“品管圈”活动在门诊西药房药学服务中的应用效果。方法 选取2016年10月~2019年9月我院门诊西藥房的24名医护人员及管理情况作为研究对象,按照不同时间点分为对照组与观察组,各组纳入12名,对照组予以常规药学服务模式,观察组应用“品管圈”活动,比较两组的实施效果、总满意度、医护人员工作成果评分以及差错事件发生率。结果 观察组的实施效果、总满意度、工作成果评分高于对照组,差错事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在门诊西药房实施“品管圈”活动效果较好,可有效提升药学服务满意度,提高药房人员的工作水平与工作能力,取得较好的工作成果,还可降低差错事件发生率。

    Application effect of "quality control circle" activity in pharmaceutical care of outpatient western pharmacy

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of "quality control circle" in pharmaceutical care in outpatient western pharmacy. Methods From October 2016 to September 2019, 24 medical and nursing personnel and their management in outpatient western pharmacy of our hospital were selected as the study objects, who were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different time, 12 of which were included in each group. The control group was given routine pharmaceutical care mode, and the observation group applied "quality control circle" activities to compare the implementation effect, total satisfaction, work achievement score of medical staff and the total incidence of error events. Results The implementation effect, tatal satisfaction and work achievement score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the total incidence of error events was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of "quality control circle" in outpatient western pharmacy has a good effect, which can effectively improve the satisfaction of pharmaceutical care, improve the working level and ability of pharmacy staff, obtain better work results, and reduce the incidence of error events.

    门诊西药房是医院的重要组成部分,工作繁忙且任务量繁重,患者流动性较大,具有特殊性,所以在日常工作中极易出现管理不当现象,甚至会引发医患纠纷,为降低处方调剂错误概率,就需要不断提高门诊西药房的管理质量,以此来促进医院经济稳健运行[1]。品管圈主要是相同工作现场以及工作性质的基层人员,为达到共同的目标而自发实施的一系列品质管理活动,根据工作过程中所出现的问题以明确的分工以及轻松愉悦的现场管理进行深层次分析,并鼓励员工积极参与,最终对相关问题进行解决,达到改善业绩的目的[2]。“品管圈”活动的实施有助于实现团队成员之间的团结协作,保证严格按照活动计划完成日常工作,及时发现工作过程中存在的问题并采取恰当的解决方式,进而有效提升工作质量[3]。本次研究为前瞻性研究,主要探讨门诊西药房药学服务中“品管圈”活动的应用效果,现报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(车凤莲 易燕桃 潘敏 谭彩虹)
