[摘要]目的 观察中药雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果。方法 将2015年1月～2017年1月兴宁市中医医院内二科收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者80例随机分为观察组、对照组，每组40例。两组患者均采用常规呼吸内科治疗，观察组加用中药雾化吸入治疗。治疗2周，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 观察组的总有效率为95.0%，明显高于对照组的77.5%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中药雾化吸入疗法可有效改善患者的临床症状，疗效确切，值得临床推广。
