[摘要] 医疗纠纷已成为广大民众关注的问题。尤其护患纠纷作为医疗纠纷的一种，其发生率在不断上升。防范护患纠纷，提高法律意识，转变服务观念，加强业务学习，规范文件书写，医疗费用严格把关是减少护患纠纷的关键。

    Causative analysis and preventive countermeasures on nurse-patient disputes

    [Abstract] Medical dispute has become a problem extensively draw people′s attention especially nurse-patient dispute and incidence rate of nurse-patient dispute is going up. To prevent nurse-patient disputes, should arouse legal awareness, change the concept of service, enhance vocational study, standard document write, strictly check medical expenses, which is the key to reduce nurse-patient disputes.
