【摘要】 目的 了解儿童视力现状及其相关影响因素，为近视眼防治提供参考。 方法 整群抽样，对南京市某地区一年级学生(7.92±0.68岁)隔年追踪检查，分别测量裸眼远视力、眼轴长度、角膜屈光力等，取右眼数据分析。 结果 三年级时，裸眼远视力降低、眼轴变长、角膜垂直屈光力增高、角膜水平屈光力降低( P <0.05)，一年级组裸眼远视力与各影响因素无明显相关性( P >0.05)，三年级组裸眼远视力与眼轴长度、角膜垂直屈光力呈明显负相关( P <0.05)。眼轴长度>24 mm，角膜垂直屈光力>45.00 d时，视力不良率显著增加。 结论 儿童裸眼远视力随年龄增长而降低，眼轴长度、角膜垂直屈光力对视力不良有显著影响。

【Abstract】 Objective
To provide reference for the prevention and control of myopia by estimating the current vision of pupils and related factors. Methods With cluster sampling to study, students of grade 1(mean age 7.92±0.68 years) were followed for 3 years in Nanjing, and their naked vision(NV), axial length(AL) and corneal power were collected. Only right eyes were discussed. Results In grade 3, NV went down, AL got longer, corneal power in the vertical meridian(CPV) rised and corneal power in the horizontal meridian(CPH) reduced ( P <0.05). There was no correlation between NV and other factors in grade 1 ( P >0.05), but significantly negative correlation between NV and AL, CPV was observed( P <0.05). Students that AL>24 mm, CPV>45.00 d were easier to get poor sight. Conclusion NV fell with age. AL and CPV had a significant influence on poor vision.
