68例乳腺癌术后辅助性放射治疗的方法
【摘要】 目的 研究乳腺癌术后辅助放射治疗的定位、摆位方法及注意事项,使放射治疗达到预期的目的。方法 分析68例乳腺癌手术后辅助放射治疗过程的注意事项及照射技术。结果 使用模拟定位机、直线加速器(双光子、多档电子线)、乳腺治疗定位托架等设备顺利完成辅助性放射治疗。结论 放射治疗作为保乳术及乳腺癌改良根治术后的辅助治疗,照射技术尽可能简便易行,便于技术员操作,重复性好。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the simulated location,replacement methods,and precautions of adjuvant radiotherapy of breast cancer after radical mastectomy.Methods 68 patients with breast cancer after surgery were analyzed in radiation technique and precautions.Results The adjuvant radiotherapy was successfully performed using devices such as simulator,linear accelerator with two-photon and poly-energy level of electron beam,multifunction breast board.Conclusion As an adjuvant therapy of breast-conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy,radiation therapy should have the qualities of simplified irradiation technology,easily to operate and good reproducibility. ......
