百忧解治疗帕金森病伴发抑郁的临床研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨百忧解在帕金森病(PD)伴发抑郁治疗中的疗效。方法 随机将48例PD伴抑郁患者分成百忧解治疗组24例及对照组24例,治疗前后用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)17项版本进行评分。结果 治疗后2、4、6周末,治疗组HAMD评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),使用百忧解治疗的患者在抑郁疗效方面显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 百忧解可明显改善PD患者的抑郁症状。
