【摘要】 目的 探讨心电图在发现老年糖尿病患者无症状心肌缺血中的作用与如何早期开展临床护理工作。方法 对60例2型糖尿病患者心电图进行分析,与52例老年非糖尿病患者进行比较。结果 糖尿病患者中,无症状心肌缺血发生的比例高于非糖尿病患者(P<0.01)。结论 糖尿病无症状心肌缺血发生率高,心电图对早期诊断有重要意义,早期临床护理工作的开展十分重要。
