【摘要】 目的 了解我院抗感染药物的用药情况,分析使用的特点和趋势,为抗感染药物的合理应用和科学管理提供依据。方法 运用医院计算机网络管理系统收集我院2007年1月至2008年12月抗感染药物处方销售数据,进行分类、统计、分析。结果 抗感染药物占全院药品销售总金额的比例为22.45%; 较常应用的药物为青霉素类、头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类、大环内酯类。结论 2007~2008年我院抗感染药物应用基本合理,还需继续强化实行抗菌药物分级管理制度。
