益气活血通络汤治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果(1)
摘要 目的：探討益气活血通络汤治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果;方法：选取2015年9月至2017年6月四川省骨科医院收治的缺血性脑卒中患者80例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例，其中对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在此基础上给予益气活血通络汤治疗，分析2组的临床效果;结果：观察组临床的治疗效果明显高于对照组，2组在临床治疗效果方面比较，差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。2组治疗前CRP，IL-6以及TNF-α和日常生活能力(ADL)评分比较，差异无统计学意义( P >0.05);观察组治疗后CRP，IL-6以及TNF-αADL评分明显优于对照组，2组治疗后CRP，IL-6以及TNF-α和ADL评分比较，差异有统计学意义( P <0.05);结论：缺血性脑卒中患者应用益气活血通络汤治疗能够有效地疏通经络、缓解患者的脑部缺氧，对患者由于中风而造成的行动不便以及神经损伤起到很好的修复作用。

Clinical Analysis of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction in the Treatment of Ischemic Cerebral Apoplexy

Abstract Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of ischemic cerebral apoplexy. Methods： A total of 80 cases of patients with ischemic stroke in our hospital from September 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment， and the observation group was added Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction. The clinical effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results： The clinical effect of the patients was significantly higher than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Before treatment， CRP， IL-6 and TNF alpha index level and ADL scores of two groups had no significant difference ( P >0.05). After different ways of treatment， CRP， IL-6 and TNF alpha index level value and ADL scores of observation group was better than control group. After treatment， CRP， IL-6 and TNF alpha index level value and ADL scores of two groups had statistically significant difference ( P <0.05). Conclusion： Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction can effectively dredge meridian， relieve the patient′s brain hypoxia， and has very good repair effect on action inconvenience caused by stroke and nerve injury. Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction can make all the drugs fully effective， nourishing qi and blood， and dredge meridian. A large number of clinical practice shows that Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction has very good therapeutic effect in patients with ischemic stroke.
