摘要 特发性膜性肾病是原发性肾病综合征常见的病理类型之一，中医药治疗本病具有一定优势。王暴魁教授认为特发性膜性肾病病性本虚标实，肾虚、风邪是本病的病机核心，治疗以补肾祛风为大法，临床中常选用黄芪、山茱萸、穿山龙等药物，在疾病缓解期特别注意上呼吸道感染的预防。临床证实疗效显著，丰富了本病的辨证论治思路。
